Women's Basketball summer conditioning

Preparation for the 2018-19 Women's Basketball season will get underway beginning May 29th! Remember, you must have a cleared physical on file with the athletic trainer BEFORE participating. You can download and print the physical packet here:

Workouts will consist of open gym basketball, conditioning and weight room workouts. If you're interested in trying out for next year's JV or varsity team, this is a great way to get involved and understand the program's expectations. Only students enrolled at or zoned for Dr. Phillips HS can participate.  Contact head coach Anthony Jones at anthony.jones@ocps.net with any questions.

  • Tue May 29: Open Gym 2:30-3:30 pm
  • Wed May 30: Open Gym (incoming freshmen) 3:15-4:30
  • Thu May 31: Open Gym 10:00 am-11:00 am
  • Mon June 4: Weight room conditioning 9:30 am-10:30 am; Open Gym 11:00 am-12:00 pm
  • Tue June 5: Open Gym 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Wed June 6: Weight room conditioning 9:30 am-10:30 am; Open Gym 11:00 am-12:00 pm
  • Thu June 7: Open Gym 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Mon June 11: Weight room conditioning 9:30 am-10:30 am; Open Gym 11:00 am-12:00 pm
  • Tue June 12: Open Gym 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Wed June 13: Weight room conditioning 9:30 am-10:30 am; Open Gym 11:00 am-12:00 pm
  • Thu June 14: Open Gym 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Mon June 25: Weight room conditioning 9:30 am-10:30 am; Open Gym 11:00 am-12:00 pm
