Senior Isabela Bartczak broke her own personal record in the 3200m with a time of 10:54.98 and placed sixth at the Women's Track and Field State Championship in Jacksonville. Bartczak closes out her DP career as one of the top distance runners in school history, this year collecting Metro West titles in both the 1600m and 3200m as well as the District title in the 1600m and runner-up in the 3200m. Heading into the state meet, Bartczak was seeded 12th but saved her best race for when it counted most! Junior Zoe Alexander finished with a time of 58.38 in the 400m, which placed her 16th overall to cap a great season as well. Alexander captured the District Championship in the 400m and was a member of the 4 x 400m District Runner-Up team. She returns next year and will be one of Central Florida's top dual-sport athletes in Basketball and Track and Field.
