Men’s Lacrosse (4-2) traveled to Winter Garden last night and despite a great effort up and down the field, came up short in a 10-4 loss to West Orange. Will Rodriguez led the offense with two goals, Nic Zampaglione scored a goal and assisted on another, and Joe Dobbs rounded out the scoring with a solo goal. Jacob Manganelli stopped 11 shots in goal, Alex Pineau collected seven ground balls and Nick Payne was spectacular on defense, scooping up three ground balls and tallying a school-record 12 solo clears, breaking Mike Sesay’s mark of ten set back in 2015, also against West Orange. JV Lacrosse improved to 3-2 on the season with a 5-2 victory over West Orange. Kevin Sugden scored four for the Panthers while Jalen Moore added the fifth with Aiden Cadiz earning credit for two assists. Both teams will host Bishop Moore tomorrow night.
