Senior Cameron Williams was the lone representative for Men's Weightlifting at the 2019 Regional Championship and at the end of the meet, he was also at the top of the podium. Williams captured the 219-pound title with a 590-pound total lift, not only a personal record, but 20 pounds heavier than his District title lift a week earlier. Williams racked up personal bests in both the bench press (345 pounds) and the clean and jerk (245 pounds) and automatically qualified for the State Championship meet in Pensacola, Friday, April 12th.
