Will Sullivan's two-run double in the first inning triggered a nine-run barrage as Baseball walloped visiting Cypress Creek, 14-2, Friday afternoon that upped the Panthers' record to 13-4. DP sent 13 men to the plate in the first and reached base on six hits as well as four errors by Cypress Creek. Sullivan went 2-3 and knocked in two, CJ Cantwell was 2-3 with double and an RBI, and Jacob Hartman went 2-3 with two doubles and drove in two runs. Jacob Hurst led the Panthers with three runs scored. Noah Sullivan got the start on the hill and pitched four strong innings, striking out five, while Mitchell Stockwell came on in relief in the final fifth inning and struck out the side to close out the game. DP will host Metro West opponent Evans Wednesday.
