Flag Football closed out their regular season with a thrilling 13-12 come-from-behind victory on Senior Night that sends them into the District Tournament with a record of 9-3. Down 6-0 in the second quarter, quarterback Ni'Kira Smith found Chloe Matthews-Boultbee for a four-yard touchdown pass to send the teams into the half tied at 6-6. Windermere jumped back on top in the third quarter with a fourth-down score to take a 12-6 lead into the final period and DP was on the ropes late. Facing fourth and a long ten, Smith connected with Mykiah Presley for a huge 40-yard gain to give the Panthers first and goal at the five. With 1:50 left in the game, Smith found Mykiah Presley once again, this time on a five-yard slant  for the game-tying touchdown. DP needed the extra point to take the lead for the first time and they did it on the ground. Senior Megan Lapeyrouse took a direct snap and charged over the goal line for the extra point to give DP a 13-12 lead. With one final drive left, Windermere couldn't get through the DP defense and ran out of downs as the Panthers closed out the victory. District Tournament action begins next week as DP awaits their seeding, tied at the top with Evans and Timber Creek.

JV Flag Football (7-2) closed out their season with a 19-0 shutout victory over Windermere, their sixth shutout of the season, highlighted by Brytt Alexis, who caught a touchdown pass from Brianna Kulich, and also returned an interception for a touchdown. Mica Adams picked off two passes and returned one for a score while Mya Joachin also added an interception.
