Dylan Meeks earns 2nd Metro Wrestling title

Sophomore Wrestling sensation Dylan Meeks increased his season record to a perfect 19-0, all by pin, after capturing his second consecutive Metro West Conference Championship. Meeks registered three first period pins and was also crowned the tournament's Most Outstanding Wrestler. In the 120 pound weight class, sophomore Jamel Clue took home the silver medal, his first Metro medal as did senior Jeff Noel at 132 pounds. Senior David Hellinger brought home a silver medal at 182 pounds, the second silver of his career and his third medal in four years. Junior Taj Glemaud earned a bronze medal in the heavyweight division and junior Khai Do also earned the bronze medal at 138 pounds, the first Metro medals for both wrestlers. The Panthers placed fourth overall as a team and will now train for the District Championship  February 25th at Edgewater.
