Women's Soccer rolls to 4th straight victory

Women’s Soccer ran their  record to 5-3 on the season with their fourth consecutive shutout victory, 6-0 over visiting Ocoee. Senior Shae Vevera scored three goals; the first in the second minute, and assisted on Carson Brace’s second goal of the game in the 33rd minute. Brace notched her first score of the night six minutes earlier off a cross from Carmel de Oliveira, who also knocked in an unassisted goal in the 56th minute. DP has now outscored their opponents 21-0 over the last four games with goalkeeper Launa Foreman notching her fourth consecutive shutout. Varsity will host Trinity Prep tomorrow night at 6:00 pm. JV Soccer picked up a 5-0 victory over Ocoee as Nisa Costa registered three goals and Tatiana Gomez scored twice. DP has now one three straight to move their record to 4-2 on the season. They’ll be back on the pitch December 10th at Wekiva.
