Women's Soccer continues to roll

Sophomore Carmel de Oliveira scored three goals and assisted on one of two goals by senior Shae Vevera as Women's Soccer ripped host Wekiva, 8-0, notchng their seventh consective shutout victory. De Oliveira got the Panthers on the board early with a goal off an assist by Brooke Harrigan, added an unassisted goal later in the first half and secured a hat trick off a free kick to give DP a 5-0 lead. Vevera scored twice off assists from de Oliveira and Jayla Mullin after assisting on Gianna Fischetti's goal early in the half. Samantha Boshears and Brooke Harrigan rounded out the scoring summary for DP (8-3) while sophomore goaltender Launa Foreman continues to impress during this remarkable run. 

In JV Soccer action, Nisa Costa scored an astounding six goals to lead the Panthers (5-2) to a 8-0 victory over Wekiva, their fourth consecutive victory. Tatiana Gomez and Lexa Davis put solo goals in the back of the net as well. Both teams will host Apopka Tuesday night.
