Men's Water Polo takes two

Host Edgewater had no answer for Men's Water Polo's offensive attack as 12 different players scored in a 21-0 demolition of the Eagles. Gavin Collins and Max Meisenheimer scored four goals apiece with James Sweet netting two goals and seven steals, Isaac Teran adding two goals and four steals, and Jake Meisenehimer notching two goals, an assist and a steal. Rounding out the offense were Parker Sellers (goal, two assists, four steals), Daniel Magrino (goal, assist, four steals), Alex Kaiser (goal, two assists, two steals), Gabriel Madej (goal, three steals), Stefan Klumb (goal, steal), Andrew Tobiasen (goal, assist, steal) and Jack Campbell (goal). Tyler Haugh secured the shutout with four saves, four assists and a steal.

In the second game of their doubleheader, DP (5-2) jumped out to a 14-0 first half lead and cruised to a 16-4 victory over Bishop Moore. James Sweet scored five goals and assisted on a sixth with Jake Meisenheimer (four goals, assist, three steals) and Max Meisenheimer (three goals, two assists, two steals) also providing the bulk of the offense. DP totaled 21 steals against the Hornets with Corbin Chamberlain (goal, five steals), Parker Sellers (goal, assist, two steals), Alex Kaiser (goal, steal), Isaac Teran (three steals) and Daniel Magrino (three steals) adding to the mix. Tyler Haugh scored a goal, assisted on two, picked up a steal and had three saves while Anthony Battestella totaled five saves, an assist and a steal. DP will host Winter Park Monday.
