Bartczak 2nd in 3200m at Regional

Both Track and Field teams were in action up at the Regional Championship at Flagler Palm Coast and the Panthers represented well. Senior Emare Hogan took home the gold in the men’s 400m with a season-best time of 48.98 while junior Isabela Bartczak brought home the silver medal in the women’s 3200m in 11:13.32. Both will advance to the State Championship meet in Bradenton next Friday. Tanner Ingleadvances to to the State Championship in the men’s long jump (fourth at 22-4.5), as will the the men’s 4 x 400m relay team (fourth at 3:21.95).  Other top eight finishes for DP included Tatyana Washington in the women’s 100m hurdles (sixth at 16:38),Ebone Fortilien in the women’s 100m (eighth in 12.95), Caleb Walls in the men’s 100m (eighth in 11.17) and the men’s 4 x 100m relay team (eighth in 42.32).
