Football conditioning underway

The preparation continues for a return trip to the State Championship as Football summer conditioning is well underway. Below are the specific days and times for training. Please email head coach Rodney Wells (rodney.wells@ocps.net) or assistant coach Riki Smith (riki.smith@ocps.net) with specific questions!

  • Strength training for varsity players takes place every Monday and Thursday at 9:00 am sharp 
  • Incoming freshmen workouts begin at 8:30 am sharp, also on Monday and Thursday.
  • Speed training takes place on Tuesdays at 9:00 am for all groups
  • Proper dress is required; come prepared to work!
  • Training takes place in the stadium weight room as well as on the track and practice field.
  • 7-on-7 competition schedule as well as voluntary workout dates are posted in the weight room
